I booked a technician appointment for a nail trim and gland expression via their website. They sent a text shortly before the apt that I also needed to pay and have for a full exam since we haven't been there before. My dog is in pain because of his gland so willing to do that - but they didn't have exam apt.until the following day. If an exam was required for grooming services, that should have been communicated at the time of booking. I missed an opportunity to go somewhere else today.

This place is amazing. They truly care about your pets here. They will walk you through everything step by step and as they move through their process. My dog can be shy, but was very calm and easy going while there. If you are worried about pricing, they give estimates along the way and are very reasonably priced!

My dog has had serious anxiety and pain reactivity for years. A vet we saw at a different practice this past January suggested putting him down. No combination of meds worked for him and he was so scared at vet offices that no one would handle him until Dr Mercer and everyone at PetVet365. The very first appointment went so well I cried. I signed up for the membership which has been completely worth it. My husband takes him there for happy visits once a week and my dog never wants to leave! Dr Mercer adjusted his meds and suggested we try a pemf pad for dogs. He absolutely loves that pad. It's like a spa day every day. I have noticed he is much calmer and his Maven health tracker says his activity level and sleep quality have improved! He's a super happy dog and I'm so grateful we found this practice. I couldn't ask for a better veterinary clinic.
